Episode 4:
I am not hooked. They finally acknowledged Yoshiki's silence for for 6 months, which is good, but overall it feels like it's going nowhere. It can look somewhat stylish, and there are moments that are quite atmospheric, but it still feels shallow. Just like the thing using Hikaru's body. In that sense it feels like Takopii (the character, not the anime necessarily) to me: some things are being told and even shown, but they do not feel... "Real". It's like they are said/shown because they are expected to be said or shown. Maybe that's meant to lean on the "surreal" part of the show somehow, but Yoshiki is a human, so at least he is supposed to feel real, and he does not even if I adjust for trauma.
So, dropping this. Maybe if this was a movie it would work for me, but as is I am bored most of the time.
