Why does Japan promote bullying? Yes, some call this "teasing", but... Is it really? Anime of this genre often times go way beyond just telling a joke at someone's expense once or twice in 10 years or something. The premise of the show is that the boy consistently tries to trigger a reaction from the girl. And no, the reverse thing (like Nagataro) is not cool either. Regardless of how cute anyone is in this situation.
