Kaguya-sama and Spy X Family in one. Kind of.
Spy X Family since they have a "mission" fulfilling which involves raising a baby, which is also an android, and they need to keep that a secret. "Parents" also need to keep a secret of their own feelings... Which makes it similar to Kaguya-sama. At least in levels of awkwardness.
This definitely has potential to be very wholesome, but I will be skipping it, simply because I am not really in the mood for such a story.
