Takeshi Nakamura is a disciplined young mage who specializes in the art of White Magic. From a prosperous family of merchants in the lush lands of La Noscea, Takeshi often found himself dreaming about what life was like outside of the island. The call of adventure tugged at his sleeve, her voice ever so blissfully singing in his ears. One restless night, Takeshi was visited by what he believes to have been an elemental of light and was given its blessing. Having been blessed by an elemental, there was a mark left on the body of young Takeshi. His once green left eye was now white and parts of his once brown hair was also white. The next day he woke, he felt the energy of life and renewed strength run through him. He felt as though he now had an obligation to leave his life of luxury behind and become an adventurer after this act of divine providence. Takeshi left for Gridania the very next morning to study Conjury with aspirations of becoming a White Mage.
For several years, Takeshi poured himself into the study of the practice of white magic and became a great mage, respected by his allies. He had made many good friends along the way, and felled a great number of dangerous foes. Through his hard work and determination, he stood on the precipice of true mastery. Takeshi bonded strongly with the elementals, learning to trust their voice and heed their instruction, but longed for more as the great White Mages of eld. Takeshi steeled his resolve, realizing that the eyes can be deceived, and deception leads to corruption. He then decided to don the blindfold forevermore, blinding himself and entrusting his very fate into the whispers of the elementals he'd grown so close to. The elementals responded in kind, allowing Takeshi to harness his inner potential to arrive At Magic's Horizon as his life of adventure carries on to see even greater feats. May he ever walk in the light of the Crystal.
