A former pirate who abandoned his job after his crew was captured by the Serpent Reavers. Only a very few survivors were rescued, although the identity of those saviors has eluded P'rurh ever since the 7th Umbral Calamity.
Following this Calamity, P'rurh elected to turn himself in at the Maelstrom, who to his surprise elected to pardon him on the condition he helped them investigate recent suspicious activity from the Serpent Reavers, leading to an eventual confrontation at Swiftperch, enveloping P'rurh into Ascian ploys, Scion do-goodery and recreational deicide.
