Originally hailing from Gyr Abania, R'sarh fled to Eorzea after the Garlean Empire occupied his home village and a failed rebellion left many dead. He spent some time in the Sagolii Desert as well as doing odd jobs in Little Ala Mhigo before deciding to try his fortunes in Ul'dah, drawing upon the pugilistic skills his father, R'koth Nunh, passed on to him. He currently splits his time between the various places his Scion duties take him, his cottage home in the Lavender Beds, and his extended family's home in Ishgard.
R'sarh is a simple man with simple pleasures, and through all of the heartbreak and loss he has experienced until now, he still manages to meet the day with a smile. He is always willing to lend a hand where needed, and will do what he can to right wrongs as he comes across them.
