FF11やモンハンなど、いろいろなネットゲームをやってきました。
よくあるフリーカンパニー(他のゲームではギルドとか言いますが）は、
メンバーを集めても、ほぼ放置なところが多く、このFF14も募集文を見る限り
「基本自由」というところが多い。
これは裏を返せば入っても何もしませんよ～
好きにしてください～という所が多いです。(今までのMMO経験上）
こういう所に入ってしまうと、同じカンパニーに属しているけど、
一緒に遊んだことがなかったりして、お手伝いに誘ってもらったりするのをためらってしまう。
私はそうではなく、集まった仲間はもっと友達感覚なカンパニーを作りたくて
フリーカンパニーAces(エイセス）を立ち上げました。
友達感覚なカンパニーを作るために以下のことを心がけています。
・人数を増やしすぎない
→20人から多くて30人までが限度だと思っています。
・時間帯が合う人を入れる。
→INしたときに数名しかいないと寂しいですよね～
・手伝ったり手伝ってもらったりできる人を入れる。
→交流することで仲良くなります。
・雑談が好きな人を入れる。
→賑やかになります。
・メインストーリーなどで行くダンジョンはフリーカンパニーで行けるように
人を集める。
→知らない人と行くと気を使ったりして、ツマらないと思うんです。
→カンパニーで行って仲良くなろう！
