Looks like a buddy film. Well, buddy TV show, I guess. At the same time it seems kind of like super-hero-deconstructing kind of show, too. Think The Boys, if they were much slower, way more grounded and with no gore. But that's just 1 episode for now, and considering a time skip in the end, unclear where the 2nd episode will continue from.
Episode 2:
They did not check his bag and even kept his bird? Strange kidnappers. Although, I guess, that was kind of explained later. But how come the bird was not disappearing even when he was unconscious, if the construct was supposed to do that if concentration breaks? And how did people at the airport (and the airplane) react to it?
