Let me get this straight: "Korovka" ("Коровка") is not a chocolate, it's a toffee filled with fondant. In worst interpretations it's closer to a fudge. It is also, technically, not Russian, but Polish ("Krówki"), while the recipe is allegedly Ukrainian, but there was a time when it was quite popular in USSR. But definitely not a chocolate. And even if it was, the one in the woman's purse was not it.
But otherwise, looked like a solid 1st episode. Medical stuff is probably not exactly accurate, but these kind of shows rarely aim for accuracy and realism either way.
