Sports anime with powers? With very weak plot? Like limiting powers, but then not limiting, which is supposedly illegal, but somehow okayed by the government? For an experiment ran by a teen? For no clear purpose? I am also not sure how the games really play into an actual "scientific experiment". When Hero Academia had games - those made sense. Those were for training and exploring your own abilities and how they can be used in different situations. Something useful for everyone: both the "players" and society at large. Here it's just... Secret illegal games, that are not that secret or illegal, because government approved?... Talking shiba-inu cannot save this one for me.
